UK delivery
- Orders ship from UK warehouses and usually arrive within 2–5 working days after dispatch.
- Larger furniture items may be delivered by a different courier and may arrive separately from the rest of your order.
Delivery charges
- UK mainland only (England, Wales and mainland Scotland, except the Scottish Highlands): FREE on every order, no minimum spend.
- Northern Ireland (BT postcodes), the Scottish Highlands (postcodes AB31–AB38, AB41–AB45, AB51–AB56, IV1–IV8, IV10–IV28, IV30–IV36, IV40–IV56, IV63, PA20–PA49, PA60–PA78, PA80, PH4–PH26, PH30–PH44, PH49–PH50), the Isle of Wight (PO30–PO41), the Scottish islands (including Orkney, Shetland, the Western Isles, Skye, Arran, Bute, Islay and Mull), the Isles of Scilly, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands and BFPO addresses: sorry, we can't currently deliver to these areas.
Once your order is on its way, we'll email you tracking details where available. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
Returns: 30 days
- Changed your mind? You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, as long as they are unused and in their original packaging.
- Please contact us (or email hello@nookandpaw.co.uk) before sending anything back, and we'll give you the return address and instructions. Items may need to go back to a different address from the one they were sent from.
- Return postage: if you've changed your mind, you pay the cost of sending it back. If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we pay the return postage. We recommend using a tracked service.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the item.
Faulty or damaged items
If something arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll put it right with a replacement or a full refund, including any delivery costs. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
Your rights
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have the right to cancel most online orders within 14 days of receiving them. Our 30-day returns window is in addition to these rights. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
