Orders & delivery

Where do you deliver?
We deliver to the UK mainland only: England, Wales and mainland Scotland. Sorry, we can't currently deliver to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, the Isle of Wight, the Scottish islands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man, Channel Islands or BFPO addresses. How long will my order take?
Orders ship from UK warehouses and usually arrive within 2–5 working days after dispatch.

How much is delivery?
Nothing to the UK mainland: delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend.

Will my order arrive in one delivery?
Not always. Larger items can come from a different warehouse or courier, so your order may arrive in more than one parcel.

How do I track my order?
We'll email you tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched, where available.

Returns

Can I return something?
Yes. You can return most items within 30 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging. Please contact us first so we can send instructions.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
Sorry about that! Please get in touch within 48 hours with a photo and we'll sort out a replacement or refund.

Products

Do products need assembling?
Some furniture pieces need simple home assembly. We'll say so on the product page, and instructions are included.

Are your pet products safe for my pet?
Please check the size and weight guidance on each product page, and always supervise pets with new products at first.
