2. Orders
When you place an order, you'll receive an email acknowledging it. A contract is formed when we dispatch your goods and send a dispatch confirmation. We may decline an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred, and we'll refund you in full.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and we are not VAT registered, so no VAT is added. Delivery to UK mainland addresses (England, Wales and mainland Scotland) is free. We can't currently deliver to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, the Isle of Wight or the other areas listed in our Shipping Policy. Payment is taken when you place your order.

See our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery.
5. Cancellations and returns
See our Refund & Returns Policy. Your statutory right to cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 is not affected.
6. Products
We try to show products accurately, but colours may vary slightly by screen, and dimensions are approximate. Please check sizes and weight limits, especially for pet products, and follow any assembly and safety instructions.
7. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything that cannot be limited by law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or in Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there.
